This month's referrals are a bit discouraging.  There was a lot of confusion about the cut-off date so the RQ site did not update "the Box" right away.  Initially they reported September 21st but eventually changed it to September 24th.  The confusion surrounded the fact that Sept. 24 is a Sunday.  They have never reported a cut-off date on a weekend before.  Also, the Rumour Queen is indicating that this batch is one of the smallest batches ever.  URGH!!!
