Remember how I said the paperwork was really confusing...Well, they sent them all back to us on Wednesday.  Apparently we forgot to send a bunch of stuff.  So here we are collecting proof of this and that, again.

Once Scott gets the last piece he needs we can resubmit them.  Good thing about this oversight is that we have a contact name to send them back to.
