The weather was beautiful on Saturday so we decided to take a trip to Powassan to Matthew's Maple Syrup with Mémère and Pépère.



Molly loved the horses and the big doggies.  The owners have two beautiful Golden Retrievers that run loose on the property.  They loved all the attention until the hotdog vendors arrived.  After that, the pups would have nothing to do with you unless you had food!

We bought our tickets and hopped on the sleigh ride for a tour of their operation.  This was our second visit.  Mémère and Pépère had never been.  They were quite impressed with the tour and they loved watching Molly.  Afterwards, we bought some syrup and other treats.  Some of which we ate on the spot.  Nothing like a little sugar boost first thing in the morning.
