As you may have noticed, referrals are late for the month of May.  We got notice that the CCCWA has shutdown the office for a week to update their computer systems and train the staff.  We hoped they would announce matching before the 24th but no such luck.  This has been one of the longest months yet.  We are crossing our fingers for some news by the end of this week.



On another note, it appears we may have sold the Accent.  We decided to sell it after babysitting Nolan last summer and having issues with his car seat.  So Scott listed the car late in the fall.  We had one inquiry just after Christmas and then nothing until this month.  Now we can concentrate on getting a Molly-Friendly car and decide on a car seat.

Gonna miss the Sexy Car! 

Cycling season has officially started for me.  I got out for a ride with Scott a couple times this week.  It was tough after not being able to do anything for over a month but I persevered - moaned and groaned a bit too.  On one of the rides this week, a deer crossed Tower Dr. right in front of me.  It's been a while since I got that close to Bambi.  I was hoping to join the group ride today but they were calling for thunderstorms today.  I didn't want to chance it this morning but I probably would have been fine.  It's been raining for the last hour or so and no thunder so far. 

We shall see what the weather brings tomorrow.....
