Last weekend, Scott surprised me with a romantic weekend getaway for our anniversary.  We stayed at the Inn at the Falls in Bracebridge.  This time we stayed in one of their suites - The Mahafy Suite.  (The last time we stayed there was in the Rose Cottage.)  It was a two level room with a sitting room on the main level and the bed/bath on the upper level.  We could see the river from our room but not the falls.  It was really nice. 

We arrived around 6pm on Friday and headed to the Pub for dinner.  It was quite busy.  There was a lot of people staying at the Inn that weekend.  We were told later there was a big group staying there for an off site wedding. 

Saturday, we headed to Barrie for the day.  We did some shopping and caught an earlier showing of "Star Trek - Into Darkness".  It was really good.  Afterwards, we had dinner at Jack Astors.  It was really noisy in there but at least we missed the dinner rush.

Sunday, the weather was pretty sunny so we decided to walk along the falls.  They were stunning.  I snapped all kinds of pictures.  See below.
