The long awaited post....

I am a bit behind on my posting. We have had 2 updates since my last post. They are now up to Aug/10/06. Our friends were not included in that last batch. Their date is Aug/14/11. On a good note, the Sweeney's and Candeloro's are back from China with their girls. We have not met them but heard about the Sweeney's from Savannah's parents. The other family is the brother and wife of my co-worker. They named their daughter Sophie. She is 18 mths old and is as cute as a button. I got to see some pics from her Uncle Mike.

Time has just flown by these past 2 months. Scott and I were both in Toronto for seperate events. Scott went to the cottage with all the boys for their annual "Meatcation". I don't believe much work got done that weekend. I spent that weekend decorating the house. I got a few new decorations this year courtesy of Gramma Mae. I started working on my China themed tree in red and gold.(I still like my multi-colored lights though!)

I also got the big tree done in record time. It usually takes me a week to get that one done. This year I managed to get it done in 1 day and a half.

We had many Christmas parties to attend this year with only one conflict. My work party was on the same night as the Canadore Alumni party. We also got to celebrate an early Christmas with André, Laurie and Hadley-bear. We also invited Gramma Mae as she would be away visiting Amelia, Seana and Jay for the holidays. We had a great dinner and an awesome visit with the Allard family. We even got a bit of snow for Hadley. Here she is playing in the backyard.

Tonight I am just planning to relax and watch more of my sappy Christmas romance movies. I am pretty much all done getting ready and need to make a couple last minute stops tomorrow. We have been invited over to Amy's aunt and uncle's place for some cheer before we go to church with Mom and Dad. Mom is hosting Christmas Eve this year. All the Allard's that are in town are coming over. Christmas Day will be spent visiting Scott's family and dinner back at Mom & Dad's. MMMmmmm...more turkey dinner! Yummy!!

JUST WANT TO TAKE A QUICK MINUTE TO WISH EVERYONE A VERY HAPPY AND SAFE CHRISTMAS!
